Grab 3.3.5a addons from Warperia (WotLK).
Unzip into Interface\AddOns and enable them on the
character screen.
Windowed mode grey / black screen
Close the game, then edit WTF\Config.wtf in your WoW
folder (same place as Wow.exe). Add or change these
lines use quotes as shown:
SET gxWindow "1" SET gxMaximize "0"
gxWindow "1" forces windowed mode;
gxMaximize "0" avoids a broken maximized window on
some setups. Save, relaunch.
